One of the main characters in Lemongrass. I decided I was going to buckle down and actually finish painting something instead of being lazy and cel-shading it, and it actually turned out well.
He acts as a sort of foil to his partner Yur (work partner, not romantic), who is rather surly and practical. Jayu isn’t nearly as flamboyant as his choice in clothes suggests, but he’s reckless and enjoys taking on a skilled opponent. The clothes are as much of a mask as his actual mask, and he’s surprisingly laid-back when you know him in a personal capacity. He does have a face under there, obviously, but it won’t been seen until several chapters in, so I’m refraining from posting it as it’s technically a minor spoiler.
